We want you to try StudyTab with confidence. If a paid plan isn’t right for you, we’ll give you your money back — this page explains exactly how that works for subscriptions purchased on StudyTab.
The first payment of any new paid subscription (Pro or Premium) is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. This applies to your first paid period only, whether you upgraded from the Free plan or subscribed directly.
Renewal payments are generally not refundable — cancel anytime before your renewal date and you won’t be charged again, while keeping access until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong (for example, you meant to cancel but were charged, or a service issue stopped you from using StudyTab), contact us — we review these case-by-case and often refund pro-rata at our discretion.
Reach us through our contact page, email support@studytab.ai, or reply to your receipt email. Include the email address on your StudyTab account. That’s it — no forms, no hoops.
Outside India, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com — Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders. Refunds for these purchases are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. You can request one from us as described above, or directly via the receipt Paddle emailed you at the time of purchase; refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Purchases billed in INR are processed by Razorpay. Approved refunds are issued by us to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
The Free plan costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund — you can use it for as long as you like, and your notes and flashcards remain yours either way.
The guarantee exists so you can try StudyTab risk-free — not as a way to get recurring free access. We may decline refunds where we see abuse, such as repeated subscribe-refund-resubscribe cycles on the same or related accounts.
