The rules for using StudyTab — in plain language.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StudyTab — our website, apps and related services (the “Service”). StudyTab is operated from India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use StudyTab.
You need an account to use most of the Service. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. StudyTab is intended for students and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and you may not share, sell or transfer your account.
StudyTab offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium) billed monthly. Prices are shown on our pricing page before you pay, and you can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and we don’t charge again after that.
India: subscriptions are billed by StudyTab in INR and processed by Razorpay.
Everywhere else: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders — Paddle provides all customer service inquiries for billing and handles returns for those purchases.

You own the notes, flashcards and materials you create or upload. You grant us only the license needed to operate the Service — to store, process, back up and display your content to you and to anyone you choose to share it with. You can export or delete your content at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
StudyTab uses AI to generate flashcards, notes, explanations and tutoring answers from your material. AI output can contain mistakes — always verify important facts against your source material before relying on them, especially for exams. AI features are provided as-is and we don’t guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
Some content on StudyTab is created and published by other users and creators (for example, marketplace courses and shared decks). Creators are responsible for the content they publish and must have the rights to it. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it.
You can stop using StudyTab and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users — where reasonable, we’ll notify you and give you a chance to export your data.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that studying with StudyTab will produce any particular exam result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyTab’s total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India — except where the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page with an updated date, and for material changes we’ll provide additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
